In a Dynamics NAV 2018 - is it possible to find/lookup the permission sets (or user groups or windows/AD groups) of the current user logged in, using C/AL?The user gets permissions from the windows/AD groups he/she has.
From a table perspective you can reference the User table, User Security ID field with the User Group Access Control table value of the same name.
From a C/AL perspective we currently do not have dedicated Dev support via the Dynamics 365 Business Central forums, but I wanted to provide you some additional resources to assist. If you need assistance with debugging or coding I would recommend discussing this on one of our communities.
