What some user unable to run Report

Hii,

One of my user complaint, he cant run all report in Ms CRM dynamics 2016.

But another user can run and no issue. When i he roles and team is same.

and page page report is blank. Unable to select value.

any idea how to troubleshoot??

    I am assuming you are using CRM on premise, so you can setup a report server tracing , you can refer this link:dynamicsofdynamicscrm.com/.../quick-tipenable-tracing-for-microsoft-dynamics-crm-reporting-extensions-for-sql-server-reporting-services and you ask user to try and then it will generate trace, you can look for tracing  using trace reader, it should give you pointer what is the issue

    are they in the same business unit? It can be a security problem because of that

    Check in different browser. Clear cache, temp files and try again.
