In Companies--> "Copy Company" - does not working. It opens up window, you type name of new company, and it's "Working On it" for like 5-10 minutes, then you get blue screen of death "Something went wrong".

A blue screen of death is usually when Windows restarts. Is this happening here or just the page you are showing? The application event log file should give you more hints why this is failing. You can also copy company via PowerShell with verbose logging enabled.

The above issue is resolved through event log.
Error due to space issue:
Could not allocate a new page for database 'D365' because of insufficient disk space in filegroup 'PRIMARY'. Create the necessary space by dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.
