On creation of an email in CRM, the company is pulled into the "To" field. If I wanted the "To" field to be defaulted to the "responsible contact" only when an email is created from within a case, how would I do this?
Business rules don't seem possible
Workflow is not an option
Mappings do not help
The only thing I can think of is some Java script and if this is the case, does anybody have the snippet of code needed?
