Personal option not accessible

Hi,

 

We have a user who has no personal option "allow to send email on behalf".

All other users do see this option under personal options; but for him it's missing.

 

Because of this, server side sync is not working for this user; since our email profile uses impersonation with credentials in the Profile itself.

Any ideas on this one?
