It depends on whether your financial department needs separate accounting account statistics. For example, samples and normal items, one cost and one expense. Overseas export and domestic trafficking are also generally separated.
Of course you can set dimensions when posting, but most financial personnel want to post directly to the specified account when posting. This is also the meaning of setting up multiple posting groups.
