Crm 365 + CTRL+SHIFT+Q closing the browser.

Hello All Experts,

Can anyone let me know hwy this is happening, 

i am using the above combination for diagnosing the page load behavior in CRM.

it was working fine but suddenly it's not working now.

    Hello,

    This would be a keyboard shortcut that is enabled/disable in your browser, not in Dynamics 365.

      

    From what I can tell, this particular keyboard shortcut only exists in Google Chrome.

    Are you using Google Chrome when you press this keyboard shortcut?

      

    In any other browser on a Windows machine, you can use the keyboard shortcut Alt + F4 or Ctrl + Shift + W to close the browser and all tabs.

    Assuming you are using google chrome,perhaps you change the shortcut key?

    Hi ,

    May be you your computer selected different  languages keyboard. And  also as  Michrel mentioned earlier please check shortcut are enable for your browser.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello,

      

    1. For Google Chrome these are the keyboard shortcuts:
      https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/157179?hl=en

      Closing the browser with Ctrl + Shift + Q works in Google Chrome
      Alternatively you can also use the keyboard shortcuts from the other browsers: Alt + F4 or Ctrl + Shift + W

    2. For Firefox:
      https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/keyboard-shortcuts-perform-firefox-tasks-quickly 

      Closing the browser in Firefox is Alt + F4 or Ctrl + Shift + W

    3. For Internet Explorer:
      https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15357/windows-internet-explorer-11-keyboard-shortcuts 

      Closing the browser in Internet Explorer is Alt + F4 

    4. For Edge:
      https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13805/windows-keyboard-shortcuts-in-apps#edge 

      Closing the browser in Edge is Alt + F4
