D365 app loading slowness/lagging vs any browser

Hi,

Anybody encountered slowness/lagging in form load with more sub grids init. Slowness can be observed only app version (9sec to load) compared to browser(2sec load).

Any solution to improve the performance rather than moving sub grids into tabs. Any support articles from Microsoft or any other forums appreciated.

Hi Nars,

Do you have issues with the mobile app or just any Unified Interface app in your web browser?

Could it be related to the smartphone you are using? Can you try to load the app in the mobile phone's browser to compare load times?

Thanks Henry for the response.

I have issues only with 'Dynamics 365' windows App in windows 10 PC.

Unified Interface app in browser in same windows PC (chrome and IE and Edge) is faster compared to windows D365 App.

I do not have a mobile requirement but have tablet have requirement. Tablet also, browser is faster only App is the issue.

What version of the Windows 10 app are you using?

The app is supposed to use the same engine as Microsoft Edge to render pages, so performance should be similar to Edge (not Edge Beta though, which is based on Chromium).

Does this behavior occur for all of your environments or only one?
