I am experiencing the item allocation failure error when I am processing the Replenishment.

Hi Imran,
This message for instance appears if the system cannot find a location that contains enough quantity to pick the items from, e.g. a bulk location.
The location/location profile that you have defined via your location directive [order type = replenishment and work type = pick], is this a valid location/location profile, and do you have enough quantity on-hand on this location to fulfill your replenishment action?

Location/location profile is valid and in pick location enough quantity to replenish but until error occur
