Screen missing when going from dual to single monitors

On a network with multiple users it seems that when a user leaves the screen on monitor 2, when others login they cannot see the screen.  Unless the last user moves the screen to monitor 1.  I believe the dex.ini can control where the screen shows up as a default and I would like to set the dex.ini to do this.  However, I'm not well verse on the dex.ini file and would like to know if anyone has had this problem and was able to fix it.

    One other question is

    a) can the dex.ini be set in each users profile or?

    b) can the default location of the file be set with a default monitor?

    The issue is the last user if they have the application on their 2nd monitor the program seems to open from that location and that is not good for other users.  Seems they cannot see the entire application from there.

    You are correct that this is due to the lines in the Dex.ini. When a user moves GP to the 2nd monitor and closes GP it updates the dex.ini then the next user will use those settings. This was actually fixed in SP2 for GP 2013 but as a workaround you could use a dex.ini in each users profile (not support/tested but should work).
