USERID error - what does ITD mean?

We are experiencing issues with locked records and users not logging out each night. We were given a SmartList report to see user id's and activity. Some of our users utilize handheld devices while picking materials. It appears that those devices show up on the report without a user id. Also, one user had the following anomoly, the user id field was populated ITD_username. Does anyone know what the ITD stands for?

    Looks like you are using Collect for GP or Intouch from Highjump.

    "Inventory Transfer Document," I think.
