I do experience on the new item synchronization from Shopify to BC365.
One of the products under variant seem like mapping wrong SKU.
May I know why and what's wrong only apply the last variant SKU?

You might to a manual assignment of the correct variant to get that corrected.
You should have a function for that in your shopify item page.
