How to check purchase order preview print out view before approve or draft stage

Hi all

Is there any way we can preview the purchase order print out in draft stage or before approving the manger approval. our approver want to view the print of PO before the approval. is there any standard way available in dynamics . Thanks in advance

Hy,

as you go to to "Generate/Pro forma confirmation" inside the PO will not post anything and you get a preview on screen.

The same result is when you "Generate/confirmation" inside PO and then set Posting to "No"

Hi,

The pro forma confirmation is disabled when the status is draft or review status. Therefore, there is no way to preview the print.

The print format is uniform, the different fields value can be seen in the PO, it is not necessary to view the print.
