When scanning serial numbers into the /Item Tracking Lines/ page of either Sale or Purchase Order lines, as soon as the team get to about line 50, the page does not enter down automatically.
This means with every second serial number scan, there is an additional need to press /enter/ manually to get the page to enter down properly.
We are working around the problem by scanning all lines into excel, then copying and pasting 100's of serials at a time to ensure efficiency is not compromised.
Has anybody experienced this issue? If so, what was the resolution? Any recommendations are much appreciated.
