I've been asked to recommend a CRM and have previously used Dynamics CRM. I've now come back to Dynamics to find I can have it in the cloud and I need to recommend Dynamics Business and specifically dynamics for sales (it meets our org needs and we don't need the other stuff for now - I really just want to put a crm in place).
But I have a question that hopefully you guys will just shrug your shoulders at.
If I go the dynamics365 route and host in azure do they automatically provide me with a development environment? I've seen that for the enterprise version they provide a sandbox but I didn't see anything for dynamics for sales?
Also I remember that with dynamics crm is was language and culture aware - is dynamics365 still the same (so if I have italian and UK users I can have it automatically show italian to the italians based on browser settings?
and whilst I remember, Dynamics CRM integrated with our AD - will the 365 version integrate with our AD or do I also need to create a an azure AD?
