is it possible to make case landing page?

Hey all.

i would like to know if there is a way to make a simple landing page that have all the needed filed to create a case.

for now we use mail to case all of our customers use mail to open a service case but its messy and many time do not have all the information we need.

so i was thinking if there is an existing solution like a web page or some portal that focus the impotent staff that i can give to the client to make my team job easy.

Hi

Could you provide a bit more detail on the your requirements please?

In the mean time, based on your above query, if you are going to allow external users or customers to create and manage cases, you can do so using self service type Dynamic 365 Portal.

Hey and thanks for the respond.

I have try to install the self service solution via admin center but for some reason i see in guide i need to i need to mange it from admin center dynamic 365->Manage applications->portal add-on-> mange.

and in this place to put the setting i want for URL address and other stuff.

but for some reason i do not see this option at all in my mange application..

any idea or some one can explain how to install or pouches this solution?

Hi

Could you go to Instances Tab on Dynamics 365 Admin centre, select your instance, and click on the Edit Button next to Solutions and then install it from there.

Please see the screenshots below.

Note: Self Service portal is on the second page.

i already install all of the portal just in case..

but i see in many video that after it install i need to see and edit it in the admin center manage applications.

and i cant see that and i install it few days ago still no change in the manage applications.

as you can see this is all 2 pages i have in my manage applications

as you can see in this link it say to get in admin center then mange application and portal add-on but i don't have this...
