When does such error occur if I have created a new project and downloaded the symbol succesfully, but when I try to compile I get error.

DimensionManagement' is an ambiguous reference between 'DimensionManagement' defined by the extension 'Project Customization Ext 1.0.0.0' and 'DimensionManagement' defined by the extension 'Base Application by Microsoft (17.3.20469.20605)'.AL(AL0275)

I take it your project includes an object called DimensionManagement? Error is suggesting you need a different name as the base app you are building on top off already has that name for a corresponding object

In the standard application (Base Application) we have codeunit 408 DimensionManagement. Can you locate where and how DimensionManagement is used in the extension?
