Unfortunately I have two problems here:
1. I / we don't know what you have done previously. Why do you need to pair it again? Can you please provide more details, in particular error messages, logs etc. Based on the information given we can only guess... While you try that, can other devices connect and use the shared station? (if not, restart the HWS-website within IIS - no need to re-install it)
2. The iOS version of your device is completely build by your company, based on our SDK. So most probably noboy else will have exactly the same device as you have, which makes it even harder to reproduce the issue and find a solution to it.
I have done a quick research in our case databse but wasn't able to find similar requests.
Maybe someone from the community can help because he or she resolved a similar issue already?
Or you can simply open a ticket with us in Support, but then please provide more details esp. in the form of server/error logs.
