I need to know whether it's possible to customize the outlook addin of crm.
since our user don't need the unwanted entities to be displayed into the set regarding options.
any help will be appreciable.

Hello,
As far as I am aware this is not customizable. However I think you could work around it by removing the privileges over the entities the users don't want to see there. Keep in mind that this will remove access for those users over those entities permanently.
