We would like to prevent technicians from using the web/desktop application and limit them to using the Resco Field Service mobile application only. Is this possible and if so, how do we do this?

We had a similar situation a almost a couple of years ago now, we worked out we could stop the user from using the Web UI by taking security privileges off them. They technically could still signin to CRM but they couldn't use the UI as no pages would load, I think it was "User Entity UI Settings" but it may have been something different or a combination of privileges.
Also not sure if this would work with the newer "CRM App" based Field Service (ours was with the 'powered by resco' Microsoft app)
