After enter/change price above specific amount on Purchase/Sales order I need to send approval request. What is the best way to do this thing?

Is it possible using standard Workflows delivered by base app?

If not - is it generally possible using Workflows?

Yes, you can do that using the workflow in the base app.

The instructions for this is here:

docs.microsoft.com/.../walkthrough-setting-up-and-using-a-purchase-approval-workflow

It can also be done with Power Automate, but there will be more configuration for that to work.

Hi, I personally think it would be much easier to add a small customization.
For example, after you change or enter a new price, the order becomes open status again and needs to send approval request for review again before it can be posted. This way there is much less setup in Workflow.

Just an idea, hope it gives you some hints.
