No scheduled jobs in the queue are being triggered

All of our jobs are not running on schedule. Restart or change the earliest time makes no difference. Some jobs go inactive after being run manually, then they just update to ready without running again.

Tried restarting the environment, but not helped. All we can do is run manually

    Hi,

    First Run code manually. if it is run successfully. then go to the Job que and check the Error log.

    Hi Chris,

    Best way is to add breakpoints and debug to see if the code runs smoothly and you are receiving your desired output. Once you are satisfied, please go ahead in creating the job queue.

    Depending on what version you are using you might have to configure your middle tier service to handle the job queue.

    Check your task scheduler settings:

    Hi, If you can run it manually, it means that there is no problem with the content set in the Job queue.
    I suggest to check again if the settings in Recurrence are correct.
