Want to create status field for partial receipts

I want to create a field which indicates the status, if this PO is partial receipts, or fully receipts as open and released status.
 
anyone know how to create this field ?

    Hi, there is a standard field that seems to meet your needs, "Receive". 
     
    If the items are fully received, this will change to Yes.

    YUN ZHU is correct, no need to add a custom field for this. In addition to the Receive field, you can also use it together with the Completely Received field as well. You can create a view with one or both of these fields and save the view as well.
