Hi Team,
when i try to import an old solution (backup) into my new environment, i get the error message below:
my old environment has expired, and i cant login.any suggestion please.

Hi happyman,
You need to install the Field Service solution in your target instance prior to importing the old solution.
If this one is missing (I don't know your language), you need to add all that components in the grid into your solution. The easy way is to add msdyn_customeras.. into your solution.
