Sorting Issue - Payable Transaction Inquiry - Vendor

I am having a sorting issue for Great Plains 2013. When I open and use the "Payables Transaction Inquiry - Vendor" function and select to sort "by Document Date" GP is defaulted to sort from oldest to newest and I am unable ,that I am aware of, to sort newest to oldest. I am the only person at my company with this problem. For everyone else, it defaults to sort from newest to oldest. This only became an issue when I was given a new workstation. Am I able to change this in my preferences somewhere? Could this be a permissions problem? Thanks for any insight.

Hi - what you are seeing is the default sort order in the vendor transaction enquiry window. Dates sort from oldest to newest by standard. So, you are seeing the correct behaviour. If others in the company are seeing a different sort order, then possible there is some vb script or some other development running that resorts the records. To start with I would compare your dynamics.set file with one from another workstation to see is there any 'product' they have installed that you do not. since its a new workstation, the GP install may be a vanilla install and does not have an add on that the other workstations have.
