Hey guys,

Currently trying to solve an issue that we have with our Windows 11 computers and Dynamics Nav 365. This does not happen on our Win 10 devices.

I was wondering if there was a way to get logs on the crash? In can't find anything related to it on Continias website..

I have the same question (0)

Moved from Dynamics 365 general forum to Business Central forum. Dynamics 365 Business Central prefix removed from the title.

Hi, Windows Event Log is used to monitor Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server Events. You can view the events by using Event Viewer or Windows PowerShell as described in this topic:
In addition, you can Investigate Crash by using Dump Files which is supported in Windows:
    Hope it helps.

    Hi
Additionally, it would be convenient if you could send your question to the Continia factory, indicating the characteristics of the equipment. They probably can have some answer.

Found out it comes back with this error -

The description for Event ID 0 from the source MicrosoftDynamicsNAVClient was not found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on the local computer, or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The event contained the following information:

An error occurred while creating the add-in control for "Akeyto.DocumentCapture.Dynamics.Nav.EventNotifier;PublicKeyToken=0c53e51c0afe7001, Version=6.0.0.0". Error message: The target of an invocation triggered an exception.

The specified file was not found.

    Seems that the file exist?

Any ideas? (Yes i tried to repair)
