I am trying to transfer items into my off-line inventory via Store Manager - Inventory - Manage Off-line Inventory - Add Items.  I have created a reason code using the item type "inventory transfer from main to off-line".  The reason code is showing as an option, but when I click on it is does not select it.  If i try to complete the task it tells me that a reson code must be selected.  The instructions in the help menu tells me that I do not need to enter a reason code.  How can I get it to accept the code?

    I don't think you can change the reason code there.  The reason code is for why you put it into the Offline Inventory in the first place, 99% of the time from POS returns. If it is not going back to the Supplier or into the dumpster, it shouldn't be in Offline.
