Error: You cannot reverse G/L Entry no. 2793 because the entry has already been involved in a reversal.

Hi Community,

I tried to help a user to do a reverse of GL entries. She said that she had done some and was not able to do.

I tried to reverse and was prompted this. May I ask where can I see what entries were involved in a reversal?

    With the Navigate button you can see all the related entries with that document

    Hi Josh,

     

    Go to Entry Menu and select Find Entries it will then show you all posted documents associated with the ledger entry.

    Thanks, but how do i know they are Reversal Entries? Do i look at the negative numbers or there is some indication that they have been reveresed from the original entries?

    Hi, You can just display the Reversed field on the page.
