Email Tracking on Outlook Calendar - Appointments

Hi,

One of my colleagues is having a problem tracking Calendar appointments in Outlook - the below error message is showing every time we click an contact/lead or opportunity.

Every time we click the link it takes us into the calandar in CRM and no conflict appointment is showing?

Has anyone has experience with this error message showing? If yes did you manage to fix it?
