Web Service Authentication

I  have created a web service on a document (header/lines) page in Business Central. A partner has to use this soap web service from a Bizztalk Server.

Do I choose basic authentication or OAuth2 ? 

If I use basic authentication, can I create a web service user with limited permissions ?  Does this user need a license ?

I I use OAuth2 authentication, can I suppress the office 365 login popup ?
