Can we import CRM data from one instance to another for large number of records ?

Hi,

I can use out of the box feature to import CRM data from one organization to another but if the record count is in lakhs, then can u help me out what can be done with this scenario instead of third party tools ?

    You can very well use MigrationUtility tool for the same.

    you have to download it from nuget manager as its there in SDK but might not work as expected.

    Yes , that i have already read earlier.. I am confused with my two questions :

    Is SSIS imports the data from source database to target database ?

    OR SSIS imports directly from one CRM instance to another ?

    Hi,

    You could choose the DataReaderDest to store the specified column after you created the CRM Source and Destination.

    You should not Import data from source DB to target DB..... You should use SDK calls for any operations using SSIS. You can write Custom code to read data and push the data to target CRM. Kingswysoft would help and easy to build SSIS package for data movement
