Cannot save/create address in Account entity

Hi experts, 

             I am trying to create new account in the account entity.  I realised that it is not allowing me to save the address fields nor does it allow me to edit the address details. I am using trail instance of the crm. 

I have attached the screen shot.

    Have you customized something like form load scripts? How’s this address pre-populated? This is a composite field, means a fly out form will popup with multiple fields to fill - are you seeing that?

    Is this record specific? Only for new record? Can you upload full screenshot to see other fields? Are you able to edit other fields & save?

    Have you tried different user login? Different browser/machine/record/entity experience will help to troubleshoot.

    What’s the security role you have? Did you try with System Admin?

    I am using Google Crome and also tried with IE. Still it doesn't work. Yea it is a composite filed and i see the fly out to fill in the address field. But it is not allowing me to save the form.  It is for new record as well as existing record - can't update the address field/s. My role is global administrator.

    any error messages that prompt to you? Can you try with ctrl+S ?

    I experience exactly the same problem in trail I have set up for a potential customer.

    I am also experience this issue in an demo enviroment. When adding address i cannot create or save a account. No error message or nothing, just not able to save.
