"Completed By" Missing on Activities

Hello,

Is it by design that "Completed By" does appear in activity records? In the web client the brief summation of the call would be followed by "Completed By" and then the agent's name making it easy to see at a glance who the customer spoke to last.

Currently, (not sure how long this has been the case), the entity record has to be opened completely.  Our customer service team finds this unacceptable because it is time consuming to open individual entity records.

Is there a setting to use to fix this? Maybe I turned something off/on?

Thanks!

Beth

    Hi Beth,

You can configure which format (default format or "card" form) for the activity is used to display data in the timeline control. This is done within the timeline control properties on the form in question.  When you navigate to the "Activities" tab within "Unified Interface Properties", you'll see the setting under the Advanced Options section (see screenshot below).

The "Card" form is customizable so you can add the fields necessary to meet the business needs.

    I hope this helps!
