Hi
Could you please recommend any tool or App which can perform CRM word template functionalities but can have additional feature
- Export as PDF
- Email directly the template without having to download the file
- Edit the template without having to download the file
- Print the word template without having to download the file

If you want to do these yourself:

1. Export as PDF: Use the Convert feature available in the 'OneDrive for Business' connector in MS Flow

2. Email directly the template: Use OOB Action to generate the word document. This will be saved in your Notes. Then you can have a workflow/plugin to grab that and create an email.

3. Edit template without downloading: No OOB way

4. Print the Word Template without downloading the file: Unsure if this is allowed, as this means, the file has to be printed without the user giving a print request?
