Hi Hany.
You need to investigate if it's RMS HQ server or other thing provoking the problem. It could be the communications or maybe the machine where RMS HQ Server is installed or the database size or...
So, I would start from these few things:
- try re-installling RMS HQ Server on other machine (other public IP Address) and try changing the RMS HQ Client configuration of one of the stores to point out to the new machine. If that particular store connection is slow or crashing, that probably it's database problem
- Open the Task Admin when the stores are connecting, try to see what processes are having the biggest part of the RAM memory of the machine
- RMS HQ Server is for free, try re-installing it on the same machine
- How many customers+applications are connecting to the RMS HQ database
- What is the size of RMS HQ Database?
...
I'll be waiting for your replies...
Regards, A.
Thank you for answer my complain
- HQ server install in new machine with high memory ( this is the third time changing machine )
- HQ server removed and installed many times in the same machine and in different new machine
- About 80 stores connected to HQ server every day
- RMS HQ Database size is 8249.44 MB
- processes are having the biggest part of the RAM memory of the machine is
( HQserver.exe*32 ) size (133.744 k)
After all this things my problem is the same ( from 2 years until now )
What can I do else ?
Thank you again
Best regards

I am waiting your answer
any body help me please in this huge problem
OK, why don’t You do this next: install RMS HQ Server on several different machines, with different IP addresses. Let say 3 RMS HQ Servers. All 3 RMS HQ Servers are pointing out to the same HQ Database. Then, “divide the stores” so let say 33% of them point out to the first RMS HQ Server, other 33% to the second and last 33% to the last one… This way You can at least optimize the connections… Also, play with the connection agenda.
Maybe You can have multiply instances of the RMS HQ Server?? Please check this next post, of Rod Barlow: community.dynamics.com/.../24780.aspx
