Suppress dialog when any address field is changed

Hi! I've created a PCF Component for Address field. My component sets values for fields like "Address 1: City", "Address 1: Postcode" and "Address 1: Street". After the value is changed for any of these fields the dialog window "Resolve address" is firing. There is an option to suppress this dialog window?

I have created a PCF component to get suggestions on addresses from a thirth party service(dadata.ru)
