Import Data option not working from Advanced Find

Hi community,

When opening Advanced Find then selecting Tools>Import Data nothing is happening.

I've tested across multiple browsers and environments and receive nothing. I'm expecting the Import Data Wizard to launch.

Any ideas or is this a system bug?

    Hi VVG,

    Just tried on my CRM [Version 1612 (8.2.2.160) (DB 8.2.2.160) online] and it is working as expected. What version are you in?

    Hi Ravi, yes I am on the same version of CRM Online. I'm logged in as the primary System Admin as well. I've also just tried on Microsoft Edge browser and still not working. Any idea of what permissions I can check for (but sys admin should already have everything!)

    Hi VVG,

    I think the issue is related to client side config (browser, machine etc) and not to the security permissions. Although I tried it in Edge and it is working fine there as well. Can you confirm this by checking if you can open an import wizard using the Setting >> Data Management >> Imports >> Import Data ?

    Yes I can open the Import Data Wizard from all areas except Advanced Find. Other users (non-sys admin) have reported this, and me as sys admin is being affected also.
