
I am trying to configure Heartland Gift cards in RMS ver 2.0.0150
1. I have the voucher item
2. Opened the ports 34212 & 34210
3. Voucher Client conects with Voucher server and says NO ERRORS
4. When paying for a Gift Card and after swiping a Credit Card to pay, there is a message that says Connection error with HQ
If Voucher Client says no errors; why the connection at the POS when purchasing, shows errors.

You are trying to use a Heartland card with RMS's voucher system? That doesn't work.
You must authorize the Heartland gift card through Heartland only.
The Voucher system from RMS is for internal use cards only. Gift cards that you can buy from Vanguard ID or others and keep track of yourself.
Last I heard, you cannot use Heartland gift cards through RMS's built-in credit card functions. Only credit/debit.
