Slow Response when we do first sales on POS

Hi,
 
Stores have always experienced a slow response when completing their 1st sale of the day or completing their 1st refund of the day. 
Please help fix this issue or find any related solution.

    The standard NAV does not include POS functionality. Is this an add-in from another partner? Please contact that partner directly.
