Can not find Standard Service Code card on trial account

Hi Guys, first time caller here.
We are using a trial version of Dynamics 365 Business Central and are developing the Service Management capabilities. We can generate sales orders using items of products and services. The next step is to take it to fulfillment. I'm hoping to create jobs/service orders/timesheets/resources. When I try to follow instructions (docs.microsoft.com/.../service-setup-service) I can not find the Service Contract Groups card. I use the search option by no card. I thought maybe service management not available for d365 essential license, but have re-checked that my user is set to D365 BUS PREMIUM. Could you please help me understand why I can not see the Service Management cards?
Thank you.

    Hello,

If you have the User license set to Business Central Premium what have you setup for the User within BC Users related to Permissions? Are they Super User? I opened my Trial Version Sandbox and see Service Contract Groups.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

Thanks Steve for you reponse - much appreciated.

We checked our setting. The Story so far in "Season 1" - I think there's way too much Netflix binging going on!

    1. License = Business Central for IWs (trial)

    2. We had user permissions set to D365 BUS PREMIUM.

    3. We noticed that there were also available under the User > Related > Permissions Sets that D365Prem SMG, View/Edit/Setup. We added those as well in case that permission was not covered by the blanket D365 BUS PERMIUM.

We have thrown everything along with the 'Kitchen Sink" at it and it still feels that our trail version doesn't provide the Service Management Pages/Tasks/Cards, since it provides things like Manufacturin/Jobs.

For us the breakthrough was discovering the Settings > Compamy information > User Expeience.

When we changed the setting from Essentials to Premium - Enabled the Service Management Pages/Cards ... etc on the Search bar.

Thanks again for your guidance and sending us in the proper directions of permissions and previliges.

    Regards Alf

The short answer was Settings > Compamy information > User Experience set from essential to Premium.
