Exporting Data from CRM Online v9

Our accounts entity displays 'additional data' from other entities. I'm trying to export this information into a view that will be exported. The problem is only some of the 'additional data' is coming through (blank field, or dash shown -). Initially I guessed the field was empty, however, that wasn't the case at all when I looked at accounts. Since we export data from CRM online to SQL database, I thought I'd have more luck querying the data there, but again, the same issue.

Any suggestions on how I can consistently pull the data from CRM?

    Hi Janet,

    You can create a view to display all the columns that you need. Then using that view you can export the data from there.

    You should take a look at the Data Export Service which allows you to pull the database from CRM Online to an Azure SQL database.

    Data Export intelligently synchronizes the entire Dynamics 365 schema and data initially and thereafter synchronizes on a continuous basis as changes occur (delta changes) in the Dynamics 365 (online) system.
