    Hi partner,

Please read the blog in my previous answer.

    community.dynamics.com/.../sitemap-privileges-feature-in-dynamics-365

Its solution is to hide subareas based on the entity permissions in the security role.

RE: How can I hide Entities Knowledge/ Analytics and Insights

    Hi partner,

There is no option to hide them directly. We need to hide the sub areas in these two groups - Report (Preview), Knowledge Articles, Knowledge Search, then the two groups will be hidden automatically.

    Please refer to https://community.dynamics.com/365/sales/b/crminogic/posts/sitemap-privileges-feature-in-dynamics-365

This blog describes how to hide the areas of site map based on security roles.

Please follow this blog to hide the three sub areas - Report (Preview), Knowledge Articles, Knowledge Search.

Great, thats what I was looking for.  To hide them I have to delete them? There is no checkbox to only hide?

    Thank you

RE: How can I hide Entities Knowledge/ Analytics and Insights

    Hi partner,

Do you mean these two groups of Customer Service sitemap?

If so, we need to edit the sitemap of Customer Service.

Go to Advanced Settings > My Apps > open the app designer of Customer Service Hub.

    4213.pastedimage1589963721930v2.png

    Edit the Site Map.

Click Analytics and Insights, then click Delete. Click Knowledge, then click Delete.

    Save and publish.

In this way, Knowledge and Analytics and Insights in the sitemap will be hide.

In addition, I would recommend you add the Customer Service Hub's sitemap into a custom solution and export it as a backup before hiding them, so that you can import this solution to restore the sitemap later if necessary.
