Change the link field

Hi,

Is there a way I can change the field that links to a particular record? for instance in accounts,

when you look at the list and click on Account Name you will be directed to the record of that account. Can I make it like instead of the account name , I'll use the email field as link to that account record?

Hi Jane ,

I have also similar requirement from our customer , but no luck . There is no supported way to do this.

Unfortunately there is no way of doing this. It is always going to be the primary field of any entity.

it is a primary field . you can not change primary field. only option is to delete entity and recreate it with different primary field.
