Hey guys,
I'm having some issues with couple of DynamicsGP users at work. Both of them are heavy smart list users, and both get the same error from time to time. The error is the following:
- SmartList stops refreshing, does not return new data
- While trying to exit GP, they get the "Processes are currently being run that cannot be deleted" message.
When I go to the Process Monitor, it's always the same processes stuck in there, and they are repeated multiple times
- ASI_Explorer_Clear_List_View_Ex(1)
- ASI_Update_Processing_Message(1)
- ASI_Explorer_Display_Columns(1)
- ASI_Receivables_Transaction_Get_Records_Background(1)
- ASI_Update_Stop_Message(1)
I can not find a resolution for this problem for the life of me. The only crude solution I found so far, is to close out of GP through task manager, and restart it like that, but it seems like a backwards way of fixing things. I'd rather address the problem, than keep dealing with the same issue again and again. Any suggestions?
