    Hello,

Below are ways to import data in business central

    1.Configuration Packages

    2.Web service(insert call)

    3.Xml port

first and second way are not useful to import millions of records, performance wise XML port is very fast to import millions of records.

    Signed, Sealed and Delivered.

Standard way offers you Edit in Excel and Configuration Packages. Both are slow and not recommended for large data.

The reasonable option is to develop XMLPort. The time needed to develop the XMLPort is still faster compares to waiting for the data to be imported the standard way.

Would think most will say xmlport here. I think multiple batches will still be needed. Doing this volume with configuration packages will be far too many batches.

If you’re migrating from a prior NAV version there are migration tools on offer there too.
