Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 : Doesnt show cases

Hello, 

We just recently have a new user set up, and she has been using CRM for a week fine up until now, she cant view any cases, there's no error message at all and I dont know where to look into to start with. 

Can someone please help me with this ? Thanks

    Have you done any button customization during that days ?

    It not check user security role.

    No I havent, and i have also checked user security role.

    However we realised that her user id has been added to a different business unit. It's all sorted now :) thank you
