The Tax Posting Setup Does Not Exist - Invoice Posting

I have encountered an error with going to post a invoice from a sales order. The Tax Posting Setup does not exist. Identification fields and values: Tax Bus. Posting Group='',Tax Prod. Posting Group=''

Ive checked all posting areas and they are up today the vendor card, item card, and customer card. it only happens when i go to post a invoice from sales order.
