We moved one of our stores.
I changed store name in Store Operations Manager configuration.
It was automatically changed back to its old store name after a few hours.
How can I keep my new store name?

Hi John, what version of RMS are you using? Have all the service packs and hot fixes been applied? Is there some sort of automated database backup software/utility in use? Do you have your original RMS license key or dongle or are current on your RMS software maintenance agreement? You can normally just change the business information and not need to do anything else but I'm wondering if you have some sort of backup utility running that reverts back to the old store name since that is not a common thing to change?
