After Restore was done from another environment, dual write doesnt work!

Hi,
I have encountered quite some issues after I did a restore from my Prod environment to UAT.
Although I updated all env variables, I am still having trouble with the dual write. In Dual Write settings in F&O it all seems ok,
But still when I create records in CRM they are not synced. All entities have correct mappings, and are running.

    We did Backup in both F&O and CE with versions with the same timestamp.. From what I checked, probably some of the configuration and the dual-write system entities that store information like mapping, environment variables etc, still contain prod data, but are read-only and cant be modified.. 
     I don´t want to have to do the whole dual write configuration setup from scratch, but not sure if there is a posibility for the configuration or the dual write entities to be updated in their previous version from before the backup?

    Hey.

    Did you restore the Finance part or the CE Part?  whenever you have this scenario, remember that you actually have something on FinOps and something on CE. When you restore/Copy an environment, you're only triggering one of the sides (FinOps or CE).  
     
    On CE Side, that means that the "UAT" environmetn on FinOps side maybe doesn't exists and you'll need to re-create the connections.
