How to cancel a specific line in a purchase requisition without affecting the first approved line?

I am facing a situation where I have an approval workflow for purchase requisitions at the line level in Dynamics 365. The initial request contained two lines: one was approved and will proceed with the purchase, while the second line was not approved for purchasing.
I would like to know how I can cancel the second line without affecting the first line, which has already been approved and will continue with the purchasing process. Is there any functionality or configuration in D365 that allows me to do this without impacting the first line of the requisition?
